Hello, I’m Aileen, the Registered Manager of The Grange Residential Home in Saddington.

I have proudly worked at The Grange Residential Home for 18 years, progressing from Senior Carer to my current role as Registered Manager, a position I have held for the past 6 years.


I am a compassionate, approachable, and empathetic leader who is truly passionate about the service we provide. I strongly believe that outstanding care begins with kindness, dignity, and respect. My journey within The Grange has given me invaluable insight into every aspect of the home, allowing me to support both residents and staff with understanding and authenticity.


Leading The Grange is both a privilege and a responsibility I hold with great pride, and I remain devoted to continuously improving our service so that residents and their families feel confident, valued, and reassured every day.
