Dawn Bishopp

I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home. My focus is on ensuring that every individual receives high-quality, person-centred care that respects their dignity, independence, and personal preferences.

Working closely with residents, families, and our dedicated team, I strive to foster a culture of kindness, compassion, and professionalism throughout the home. I firmly believe that exceptional care is built on meaningful relationships, open communication, and a genuine understanding of each resident’s unique needs and life experiences.

Our Care Services

The Knolls Care Centre provides a range of tailored care services to meet the needs of each individual:

Residential Care: For those requiring assistance with health and social care.
Nursing Care: Expert nursing care delivered by qualified professionals, offering continuous clinical support, health monitoring, and personalised care for residents with complex medical needs.
Dementia Care: For those people who live with forms of Dementia and short/long term memory loss.
Respite & Short-Term Stays: In all the above categories. These are varying lengths of stay often intended to provide the individual’s usual carers with a break. These temporary stays can also be used for Recuperation.
Palliative End-of-Life Care: The Knolls employs a number of experienced nurses and carers trained in the needs of those requiring palliative care and treatment.

The Knolls Care Centre is registered for 56 beds in total, all en-suite, a number of which include a bath or wet room, offering the advantage of the full range of care levels within one location.
