Meet Our Care Home Manager

Denice Howard RGN

I am a registered nurse with more than 40 years of experience working within the care sector, including roles as a Care Home Manager, Group Care Manager, and Group Operations Manager. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care and supporting the wellbeing of every resident entrusted to our care.

I take great pride in getting to know our residents and team members personally, ensuring that Millbridge remains a welcoming, supportive, and caring environment for everyone. Together with our dedicated staff, I am passionate about maintaining high standards of care while creating a home where residents feel comfortable, respected, and valued every day.
