As a Care Home Manager, my greatest priority is making sure our home truly feels like home, a place where residents are safe, valued, and genuinely happy, and where families have complete peace of mind.

With years of hands-on experience in adult social care, I believe the best care is built on deep personal connections, dignity, and unwavering attention to detail. Whether I’m working alongside our care team on the floor, reviewing our daily routines, or sitting down for a cup of tea and a chat with a resident and their family, my focus is always on the individual.

I’m deeply passionate about supporting our staff to be the best they can be. By fostering a culture of kindness, regular mentoring, and hands-on guidance, I ensure our team feels equipped and empowered to deliver exceptional, compassionate care every single day.
